Obviously last week was some sort of freak-of-nature fluke. Or the bloat from the good ol’ Aunt was just that bad. Either way, HOLY OMG!!!
I AM BELOW PRE-PREGNANCY WEIGHT AND I FEEL THE NEED TO SHOUT IT FROM THE MOUNTAINTOPS.
Despite the fact that it is raining here and my mobile might wash away at any moment, and despite the fact that this weather makes me want to curl up on the couch with a cup of coffee and the remote control (you thought I was going to say book, didn’t you…I’m WAAAAAAY behind on good TV. Way.) this mornings weigh-in has rocked my world.
I’m like, on the good weekend high or something.
Because my weekend? My weekend was awesome.
I got in some girl chat on Friday night with Jackie, and shopping, too. I got to sleep in on Saturday AND Sunday. The reunion rocked. I had fun with my guys.

AND I FREAKING LOST WEIGHT.
So, my plan for this week? Keep watching what I’m eating. That’s all I did last week. I watched what I ate. I managed my portion sizes (even at the reunion!) and tried to make healthy choices (except in the couple of days pre-AF when I ate about a dozen cookies.)
Ir’s supposed to rain here for most of this week, so there won’t be any opportunities to walk outside after work. Maybe, just maybe, I’ll bust out the Wii Fit. Maybe. I make no guarantees.
