So, I broke my cardinal weight-loss rule and I weighed myself again this morning. (I NEVER weigh myself more than once a week. Ever. But this morning I did.)
I lost another two pounds.
I don’t know exactly what to think about that.

I think the scale might’ve been on crack on Monday morning.

That is awesome! I try to only weigh myself once or twice a week….I find that my weight fluctuates by as much as 5 lbs over the course of a week. And I never weigh myself on Monday because usually don't eat that great on the weekends!
