I promise I’m almost done talking about BlogHer. Almost. But first, I feel it my duty to tell y’all about one more cool thing I scored so you can go out and score one, too.
My phone is like my second left hand and deserves to be adorned in bling as awesome as my ACTUAL left hand. When Uncommon contacted me and asked if I was interested in rocking one of their custom covers for my
precious iPhone 4 at BlogHer, I couldn’t say yes fast enough.
I put in an email to Dana and asked her if she could turn my header into the right size image and, because she’s awesome, she did. The cover showed up in my mailbox about a week after I submitted the design.
This case survived my Friday night in San Diego. Which I’m told involved me dropping the phone. Frequently.
This case has also survived Joshua. Who loves
to drop my phone as much as I do.
I like that it’s customized to represent something that says a whole lot about me and who I am. And if this blog doesn’t do that, I don’t really know what does. When I thought I’d lost my phone on Saturday morning, the ONE thing that kept hope alive was the thought that some good, honest person would find my phone with MY case and know it was mine and return it. I’m so glad I didn’t actually lose my phone!
FTC: Uncommon provided me with a custom Deflector case to protect my phone. They did not provide me with my opinion about this cell phone case because that’s priceless.
As always, for the 4 people who read this, my student loans still remain unpaid.
