The purpose of Super Sunday: To carve out one day a week that is super because you make it that way, either through what you DO or how you THINK. Share a day this week that, in retrospect, was super or one for the upcoming week that you will MAKE super.
Now, with that intro out of the way, I’m having a pretty Super Sunday.
And I even got up early and let the husband sleep in.
(I know, right? But this is his day since his birthday fell in the middle of the week and we didn’t get to properly celebrate. So? I got up no questions asked. Because I’m a good wife like that.)
Why is today feeling so super? I don’t know. But the feeling of peace and contentment I’ve craved in my weekends of late is here. Settled into my heart and soul.
In fact, I’ve had a pretty great week, even if it was busy and hectic at times.

Happiness is all over my home and it feels so good I want to roll around in it. Like catnip.
The only “task” looking over my head is Laundry Mountain, which must be climbed and conquered. Other than that? Today is mine to do with as I please. Today is ours.
There’s something pretty splendid about that.
The agenda for today is simple: Enjoy the day.
