T-minus 6 days

November 23, 2011 by Miranda Leave a Comment

The day has almost come.

I’m nearly half way through this pregnancy.

::gulp::

That means it’s almost time to find out what this baby is. And by that I mean this baby’s gender because clearly it’s a baby. I’ve seen pictures. And felt kicks.

Part of me says it’s a girl. Because I want to buy ruffly things.

Part of me says it’s a boy. Because I know boy babies what with already having had one and all.

Some stats:

No more lost tabs, random screenshots, or digging through your browser history. Save this post and do future-you a favor.

(It's like a bookmark, but...not.)

I’m down in pounds gained so far but I started this pregnancy at a higher weight than I did my first.

I prefer sleeping on my right side or my back and this baby doesn’t seem to mind.

I am thirsty all the time and cannot get enough orange juice.

I threw up once. Pizza. From Domino’s.

My legs and hands are not yet swollen (and so help me Universe that is not an invitation).

What do you think?

This made me LOL. Suz has the right thought though, if you always vote pink you’re always right half the time.

Like Grace, I voted boy…so we can all still be boy moms…but of TWO ๐Ÿ™‚

and now your bundle will go and break up the pattern, I suppose. but if it does, you KNOW some ruffley things will be coming your way from Charlie. He will want to woo his new lady!

Girl! Because of the thirsty thing and the orange juice craving. Both of those things defined my pregnancies. Two girls.

How have I not discovered your blog until now? Love it. Must do some catching up…

Can’t wait to find out the news!!

I seriously cannot get enough orange juice. But it’s starting to give me indigestion, which blows ๐Ÿ™

    I say boy.
Only because if and when I decide to have another monster…I mean blessing…I would like another boy.
I thought that I’d want a girl for all the frilly stuff but then I decided that there can only be one diva in this household. Plus have you seen my Mother Day presents. I’m spoiled.
And boys are so much more fun than girls I think. Plus I never have to mess with stupid tights and hair.

After 1 boy and 3 girls later…I would so have another one if I was guaranteed a boy! (Yes im insane) I love all three of my girls with all of my heart, but by far, Hunter has been the easiest of them all…

I had to vote girl, because every momma needs at least one! So happy for you! Can’t wait to hear the news!

I voted girl. Because I want to spread the love of having a baby of a different sex. That way you can be all YAY/WTF AM I GOING TO DO WITH A ____/AHHHHHHHHHH! with me.
