I feel like my body has been TRYING to have a contraction for about an hour and a half now. My back has been killing me (consistently, not in a contraction-like wave) since 5:00am, but nothing in the front.
It’s like there’s a guy flipping switches on the breaker box in my head and he just hasn’t found the right switch yet.
Maybe I’m just thinking about this too hard, and those of you who really know me know that’s entirely possible. Maybe contractions are like pots of water you’re trying to boil.
I hate waiting.

No...actually, wait...I don't know. I was planning to update the blog before we left for the hospital and then, hopefully, the hospital has Wifi. I think I'll call and ask about that today. If they do, I'll update from there. If not, I've got the phone number of a friend who is local to me who is also on thebump. I'm sure she could do it.
